Each year at Jerry L. Johnson & Associates, we have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with unique challenges. We pride ourselves on our ability to solve problems for our customers. In 2019, one of our team members completed Class A Commercial Office Renovations totaling over 124,000 sq. ft.! This included four separate 30,000 sq. ft. floors, along with several other smaller renovation projects. Most of these projects included:
- Total floor demolition and build back
- Mechanical and electrical upgrades
- Full restroom upgrades
Some of the challenges our team faced during these projects were:
- Working on compressed schedules which required significant overtime, weekend, and night work
- Long lead times associated with custom-finish products for lighting, carpet/flooring, millwork, and more
- Last minute changes from the project owners
- Coordination with the numerous vendors involved
