- Renovated four floors (approximately 140,000 square feet of existing administrative space.)
- Completely demolished the existing space and reconstructed it to include large open conference areas, private conference rooms, private offices, executive offices, common areas such as break rooms and restrooms, and flexible (open) office work space.
Project: 5N Renovation
Location: Birmingham, AL
Project Description:
- Renovated approximately 40,000 square feet of existing administrative space.
- Completely demolished the existing space and reconstructed it to include large, open conference areas, private conference rooms, private offices, and common areas such as break rooms and restrooms.
Project: Marketing / Research Lab
Location: Atlanta, GA
Project Description:
- Constructed a new research and development lab in an existing parking deck.
- Work included new partitions and structural modifications, a new air distribution system, electrical system, and fire protection upgrades.
